We will be hosting our Monthly IAB Dinner at the Club on Wednesday, June 14 with special guest speaker, Joe Jurevicius. He will share with us his journey from NFL Super Bowl Champion to successful businessman; owning and operating Spins Management and bringing the laundry industry’s newest online delivery trend to the inner city as a franchise owner of WashClub -Cleveland.

Jurevicius has always considered himself lucky for having been able to play football for as long as he did. As a wide receiver, he was drafted out of Penn State University by the New York Giants. From there, he went on to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Seattle Seahawks. In 2006, Jurevicius returned home to Cleveland and played for the Browns. He retired from the sport in 2008 after an injury which required numerous surgeries, leaving him susceptible to a devastating infection.

Like many professional athletes though, Jurevicius didn’t have a definitive plan for his life after football until he was forced to leave the sport. Despite many possible sports-related options, Jurevicius chose to pursue entrepreneurship in a business that surprised many. And in a business he initially knew nothing about. Dry-cleaning and laundromats.

But in just a few short years, Jurevicius has successfully expanded his business to 3 Cleveland locations and now offers pick-up and delivery services. He credits much of his success to having a business mentor and to having a network of other business owners, from all different fields, to learn everything he needed to know about building a business from the ground up.

Come join us for dinner and find out more about Joe Jurevicius on June 14 at the Italian-American Brotherhood Club. Cocktails at 6:30pm. Dinner at 7:30pm. Open to the public.

RSVP with Ray Guarino (216) 403-8570.
